14-Day Returns
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item
Email info@parkingpalmagnet.com to let us know you're sending a return, then mail it to:

You're responsible for return shipping costs. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
We process refunds within 24 hours of receiving your return. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card company, it may take a few additional business days to appear in your account. We'll email you when your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days at info@parkingpalmagnet.com with a photo and we'll send a free replacement.

Items We Can't Accept
Used items, or returns received more than 14 days after delivery.
